Melissa White, SHRM-CP, has over 11 years of direct human resources experience in the nonprofit and health care fields. She has extensive hands-on experience leading HR initiatives including handbook and policy development and implementation, performance management, HRIS implementations, HR workflow development, training and development, and benefits administration. Melissa earned a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration with an emphasis on human resources management from California State University, Chico, and a minor in managing diversity in organizations. She has a master's degree in human resources management from Golden Gate University, San Francisco.
