Yolanda Fraction


With a graduate degree in adult and organizational learning from Northeastern University and a bachelor’s degree in integrative studies in education from George Mason University, Yolanda Fraction seeks to use learning and development as a strategic tool to create behavioral change, improving on-the-job performance. She is especially passionate about crafting best-in-class leadership development programs to support high potentials, emerging leaders and people managers. Over the past 14 years, she has worked with for-profit and not-for-profit organizations to foster intellectual curiosity and promote a culture of continuous learning. She is the Director of Learning and Development at the Congressional Hunger Center, and the founder of Lumière.
