A longtime SHRM member, Heather Clements has spent the last 10 years as a Human Resources advocate and leader. She currently works as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Bohler, where she manages full lifecycle recruiting efforts for the company’s Mid-Atlantic Division. Known for her exceptional leadership skills and ability to innovate, Heather also leads the company’s University Relations program—a program she designed, built, and scaled across the organization. Most recently, Heather led her team to success by transitioning Bohler’s traditional summer internship program into one that’s fully virtual, allowing for a creative new opportunity that offered a valuable learning experience for students. Heather specializes in all aspects of the recruitment process, from strategy through onboarding.
Heather is a George Mason University graduate and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology.
