Erin L. Kelly is Professor in Work and Organization Studies at the MIT Sloan School of Management and co-director of the MIT Institute for Work and Employment Research. 

Phyllis Moen, who holds the McKnight Endowed Presidential Chair, is Professor of Sociology at the University of Minnesota and directs its Life Course Center. 

They are the authors of Overload: How Good Jobs Went Bad and What We Can Do About It (Princeton University Press.)
