Dr. David Parker is an educator, consultant, motivational artist and author of books for children. David utilizes his dynamic and diverse educational and professional background to guide organizations in creating and sustaining authentically-inclusive communities. He states, “I have the honor of working with businesses, nonprofit organizations, educational communities, as well as law enforcement agencies”. Dr. Parker presents energizing and transformative keynote presentations, workshops and coaching focusing on improving organizational culture and climate, in the area of the implicit bias has on perception, behavior and policy. Resulting in short- and long-term positive changes in practice and policy in many of these areas. In his free time David enjoys attending performing arts events and volunteering with youth-related organizations.
