She works with clients who want to unlock their capacity to uncover powerful insights and take courageous action toward their personal and professional longings. She is a credentialed professional coach (PCC, ICF) Master Somatic Coach (Strozzi Institute), National Medical Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) and Positive Psychology Well-being Coach (College of Executive Coaching).
Lora also holds a doctorate in Organizational Leadership (Pepperdine University) and draws on 20+ years of corporate experience across industries and roles that include Senior Learning & Development, HR/OD and Executive positions. She served as Adjunct Faculty at University of St. Thomas in HR, Change Leadership and Executive Coaching. Her research and design focuses on the elusive factors that allow organizations, individuals and teams to thrive. Her team’s work at Turck Inc. was recognized by Catalyst, SHRM, US Healthiest, Robert Wood Johnson Foundation and Harvard School of Public Health for establishing innovative best practices in workplace well-being.
