Holly Rider-Milkovich and Elizabeth Bille

Bio: 

Holly Rider-Milkovich, MA:  As the Senior Director of Prevention Education at EVERFI, Holly helps lead the Campus Prevention Network (CPN), EVERFI’s nationwide initiative support institutions that have demonstrated commitment to prevention related to health and safety issues on their campuses. Previously, Holly served as the Director of the Sexual Assault Prevention and Awareness Center where she provided direction and leadership to the University’s sexual and intimate partner violence response, education, and prevention efforts across campus. Holly provided expertise to President Obama’s White House Task Force on best practices for campus-based sexual and intimate partner violence prevention and response efforts and she represented four-year colleges and universities in the federal negotiated rule-making committee for the Violence Against Women Act Reauthorization 2013. Holly is the former Executive Director of a three-county domestic violence prevention and services program and emergency shelter in southeast Georgia. She brings over two decades of experience in sexual and intimate partner violence prevention and response and in higher education to her role at EVERFI.

Elizabeth Bille is an employment attorney and the Senior Vice President of Workplace Culture at EVERFI. She is the lead subject matter expert on workplace culture issues such as harassment and discrimination prevention and ethics. Prior to joining EVERFI, Elizabeth was the General Counsel and ethics officer of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). She also served as a legal and policy advisor to a former Vice Chair of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), and has counseled organizations of all sizes as an attorney at the global law firm of Hogan & Hartson (now Hogan Lovells). She has provided training for EEO investigators, HR professionals, and employment law attorneys on complex workplace issues, and her work has been cited by several news outlets including National Public Radio, the Wall Street Journal, and the New York Times. She received a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Minnesota and a Juris Doctor from George Mason University.
