Mike Spinale is a business and people focused human resources (HR) leader in the technology sector and is currently the director of people operations at AppNeta, a leading SaaS provider of networking monitoring and performance management technology. Mike also serves as the state director for the Massachusetts State Council of SHRM and is an adjunct professor of organizational leadership and human resources at Southern New Hampshire University (SNHU). Mike holds a B.S. in Business with an HR concentratrion from SNHU, obtained his MBA from Babson and is a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).
