Lisa Wingfield has led a career as a promising community advocate in her hometown of Baltimore. In 2018, she was named Twenty in Their Twenties by Towson University for social entrepreneurship. Lisa has also spoken at several organizational events, including The Foster Care Network Alumni Conference 2018, Professional Black Men Skill Fest, Enoch Pratt Libraries, and the Baltimore City School System. Lisa is currently the founding Executive Director and Owner of Leise Winny, LLC. Serving as the Executive Director for Madeit Foundation Inc, Lisa Wingfield helps in developing new talent, connecting organizations, and growing the opportunities of local youth. Through her commitment to this role, she has helped improve her community by fostering a program to helppartner Maryland emerging nonprofits.
Prior to her current role at Madeit Foundation Inc, Lisa worked for Costar Group, PayPal, and Lincoln College of Technology. Lisa currently holds a Master's of Science in Human Resource Management and Bachelor of Science in Psychology. Lisa is currently a member of SHRM & NAPS.
