Keryn Koch

Keryn Koch, Vice President of People for CommonBond.

Keryn is responsible for leading the organization to deliver best-in-class people operations – including talent acquisition and organizational development, compensation, performance management, learning and development and employee relations – to ensure our values and norms grow with the team.

Prior to joining CommonBond, Keryn was the Director of HR and led the Talent Management function for Yodle, an online marketing company based in NYC. Keryn started her career at Barclays Investment Bank where she held various roles in campus recruiting, employee relations and compensation. She is a graduate of Villanova University with a B.A. in Economics
