Tanja.Kampe

Tanja Kampe is the Manager, Worldwide Benefits at Pelican Products, Inc., the global leader in the design and manufacture of high-performance protective case solutions, advanced lighting systems, temperature-controlled transport cases, and consumer products. In this role, she is responsible for the management and administration of the global health and welfare plans, benefits HRIS, leaves of absence, wellness initiatives, and human resources strategy execution. During her career, Tanja has gained extensive human resources experience in a wide variety of industries including technology, healthcare, property management, and manufacturing.

Tanja received a Bachelor of Arts degree from UCLA and a Masters of Business Administration degree from the University of Texas at Austin. She also holds a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist certification, is fluent in German, and enjoys playing tennis.
