Subhashini works as Sr. Manager - OD SABMiller India, where her role includes leading various change, learning and transformation initiatives.
She has worked across diverse sectors in various capacities within the HR function as a part of the HRDP program at TATA Sons Ltd. Post which she was with July Systems & Technologies Pvt Ltd, a high tech venture in the mobile internet space. Her last professional engagement was with Britannia Industries Ltd. as Manager Leadership Development. Subhashini has completed her Bachelors in Computer Science & Technology with Honors and holds a Masters Degree in HR from XIM Bhubaneshwar .She has also done her Post Graduation in Instruction Design and holds a degree in MA. Psychology. A passionate learning and travel enthusiast, she believes that the role of HR revolves around helping organizations make great people decisions.
