Q4. What should a candidate do if they don’t immediately have an answer to a question that is asked?

Q5. How much personal info should a candidate be ready and willing to share?

Q6. In a behavioral based interview, how far back can a candidate go in their experience for examples without it sounding dated?

Q7. When discussing a termination/separation/layoff, how can a candidate spin that experience positively?

Q8. How much research should a candidate do on the company?  How many questions should a candidate have for the interviewer?

Q9. Should a candidate follow-up with their interviewer(s) after the interview?
