I had the pleasure to spend few minutes with Tim to talk through is system and what he plans on covering at SHRM in a few weeks.
One of the cool things I found out when putting this podcast together is Tim does work with THE Ohio State Buckeyes and Urban Meyer. ‘Nuff said for me. He will now be my grandkid’s godfather! (fyi – don’t read anything into that – I am not on the path any time soon!)
Kidding of course. But still – how cool is that when one of the winningest programs in college football trusts Tim and his system. To me – that should be all it takes to sign up.
