What do you wish more HR professionals and recruiters knew about employee education and professional development?
HR Professionals and recruiters need to understand that employee education and professional development are the starting point and an integral part of career development from recruitment to talent development and retention. People have to be developed to stay engaged, committed and perform at the top of their potential.
