#SHRM22: Workplace Ethics are an Organizational Value

Paul Falcone believes that ethics need to return to the workplace with passionate intention. As a twenty-year veteran of the entertainment industry, Paul has handled his fair share of ethical decisions. It was early on in his career at Paramount Pictures where he was a Trainer that Paul got hooked on encouraging people to be thoughtful about ethics.

At #SHRM22, Paul will be sharing thoughts in his session based upon his recently launched Harper Collins book, Workplace Ethics: Mastering Ethical Leadership and Sustaining a Moral Workplace. Paul’s experience as a professor at...

Getting to Know #SHRM22 Expo Vendor RecogNation

One of the many #HRAwesome experiences in store for attendees at #SHRM22 will be interacting with HR vendors and service providers in the conference expo hall.  One of the companies on my must visit list is RecogNation. Tina Marie:  I am very excited to learn more about RecogNation.  What makes you different from other HR rewards and recognition providers?

Kailey:  RecogNation is an employee engagement and recognition company...

#SHRM22 Speaker Spotlight: Jennifer Lee

It was so great to catch up with Jennifer Lee and chat a bit about her upcoming session at #SHRM22: "Empathy Plus Accountability Equals A Balanced Diet for a Healthy Organization". This session caught my eye since we speak a great deal about Accountability in our workplaces in addition to Empathy in leadership as we strive to build positive, productive and healthy organizations.

Knowledge of the Supreme Court Helps #CauseTheEffect

The Supreme Court of the United States. Seldom, if ever, in the Court’s 232-year history have those seven words elicited such intense feelings from so many people. Yet, my experience with an admittedly small sample – surely a scintilla – of the American adult population indicates that few have a working knowledge of the Court’s history, purpose, structure, or processes. If you fall into that category and want an interesting and entertaining way to learn about the Court, join me at the #SHRM22 mega session, “The Supreme Court Speaks . . . Are You Listening?”...
