Deborah Hanus

Deborah Hanus is the CEO and co-founder of Sparrow, the first high-tech, high-touch leave management solution to help employers care for their people. Deborah earned engineering degrees from MIT, was a Fulbright Scholar, and started her PhD work at Harvard.
