I am still buzzing from all the exciting sessions and networking that took place at this year’s SHRM22. To say it was a worthwhile event would definitely be an understatement. There were so many great presentations and speakers that I'll need weeks to process everything I learned!

With over 200 expert led sessions, 500+ exhibiting companies at the SHRM Expo, and 11 content tracks focused on the most relevant topics in HR today - attending this year’s SHRM 22 can feel more like running a marathon than attending a fun and exciting event. And if you are new to HR, it might feel even MORE overwhelming, especially because you don’t have all the “lingo” memorized!

SHRM 22 is coming up and if you’ve had a look at the agenda, you might already be feeling overwhelmed by the amount of available sessions facilitated by the world’s top HR talent. You’re not alone. Consider this scenario:  A major new change is coming to your organization!  The executive team approved the change a year ago, a project team has been designing it for several months, and now it's ready to be rolled-out to the organization.  You just got a meeting request to create a communications plan to inform the workforce of the changes.  Just like that - wham - the ball's in your court!
