Peter Keseric

Peter Keseric is Executive Senior Partner for The Lucas Group, a Korn Ferry Company, and is a leader in the organization’s Real Estate and Construction division. Peter has more than twenty years combined in Commercial Real Estate and Recruiting. He began as a Commercial Real Estate Investment Analyst for Lincoln Financial. He worked his was to Vice President of Real Estate Investments for a $4 B CRE Investment Firm.
During the downturn in 2008, Peter began his career in Executive Search specializing in Commercial Real Estate and Construction. His first two years were spent executing searches for Construction Executives in the United Arab Emirates. He went on to work at Korn Ferry where he oversaw a team that focused on senior-level retained Real Estate Executive Searches. Peter now leads the National Real Estate and Construction practice for Lucas Group Executive Search.
