Wallace is a Human Resources Director employed by Abt Associates in Rockville, Maryland. She is a member of SHRM and a published author.  Phyllis received her Master of Science in Industrial Relations from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Michigan State University.
