I’m back! Time for blog number two! As I mentioned in “I Survived #SHRM19,” I had a lot to reflect on post-conference! I had almost four pages of thoughts and decided to turn this into a mini blog series. So, if you haven’t read the first one yet, please do so! As a Paylocity user myself, it was an easy decision to select Paylocity as a vendor that I wanted to highlight prior to #SHRM19. Please enjoy this 2019 SHRM Annual Conference and Exposition interview with Alexis Knaack, Event Specialist, for Paylocity.

I have never been to California, but I will be going in 13 months when #SHRM20 hits San Diego! What’s on my to do list? Why, visiting the San Diego Zoo, of course! I’m disappointed that the pandas won’t be there during my visit, but I am excited to visit one of the best zoos in the United States, according to TripAdvisor and the Travel Channel.

This is a 2019 SHRM Annual Conference & Exposition interview with Marci Steiding, VP of Marketing & Communications for Beecher Carlson, a Brown & Brown Company.

Who is Brown & Brown? Tell us everything, just as you would someone approaching your booth and asking you this question at #SHRM19 in Las Vegas.

I have a fun activity for everyone. I would like for you to raise your hand if you have ever experienced organizational change? Is your hand raised? I know mine is. Organizational change could be anything from a reorg of your company, reduction in force, acquisitions, mergers, growth investments, etc.
