Darcey McAllister, Principal Consultant, HRT Northwest, has over 20 years of hands-on human resources experience at both the strategic and tactical level having worked both with start-ups and small organizations as well as global companies. Her broad background including stints in finance and IT give her a wholistic understanding of business operations. From workforce planning to workplace investigations, management training to compliance, she brings practical experience to support her clients’ human resources needs. Her creative yet pragmatic approach results in practical solutions to often difficult problems.
Darcey earned her MBA from Seattle University. She is certified as a SHRM Certified Senior Professional (SCP), Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) as well as a Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR). She currently serves on a variety of panels including as a member of SHRM’s Special Expertise Panel for Technology.
