What a great experience from our side at the Institute of People Management (IPM), South Africa. We were delighted to host you on Wednesday, 31st October 2012, and of course the joint dinner last night, 1st November 2012. I hope that you have arrived well in Cape Town, the Mother City, and you continue learning about this beautiful country. I am looking forward to seeing you at the IPM 56th Annual Convention 2012, at Sun City from the 11th to the 114th November 2012.
